Katerina Stefanova

Katerina is a final-year law student at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Faculty of Law, where she is completing her LLM degree in Law and has maintained excellent academic performance throughout her years of study. She has two years of experience in the legal department of an economic group managing a diversified portfolio of companies across various business sectors. Her main areas of interest include contract law, commercial law, corporate law, labour law, consumer protection, and competition law. She is also particularly interested in transaction structuring and negotiation, as well as legal matters related to the transformation of commercial companies. Katerina is fluent in English and has working proficiency in Russian and German.
