Nikolay Popov

Nikolay is a Junior Associate at KDP. He completed his studies at the Faculty of Law of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" in 2025, having successfully passed his state examinations.

Nikolay has over three years of practical experience in providing legal advice to Bulgarian and international clients.

He has gained solid knowledge and skills in the areas of commercial and contract law, labor law, personal data protection, and the application of European regulations.

He has a particular interest in drafting contracts tailored to the specific objectives and needs of clients, as well as in developing legal opinions and comprehensive recommendations to support their activities.

Nikolay is fluent in English and Spanish and has an in-depth knowledge of Portuguese.
