Nikolay Popov

Nikolay is a Legal assistant at KDP. He is a student at the Faculty of Law of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", having completed his semester studies in 2025 and awaiting his state exams.

Although he is still in the process of acquiring legal capacity, Nikolay has over three years of practical experience in providing legal advice to Bulgarian and international clients.

He has gained solid knowledge and skills in the areas of commercial and contract law, labor law, personal data protection, and the application of European regulations.

He has a particular interest in drafting contracts tailored to the specific objectives and needs of clients, as well as in developing legal opinions and comprehensive recommendations to support their activities.

Nikolay is fluent in English and Spanish and has an in-depth knowledge of Portuguese.
