Kalin is an Attorney-at-law with more than 20 years of professional experience.

He holds LLM degree from the University of Sofia and is a member of the Varna Bar Association.

Kalin’s expertise is focused on Real Estate, Construction, Commercial Disputes, and Insolvency Law. Over the past 20 years, he has advised clients on a wide range of legal transactions and investments related to real estate. He has participated in numerous civil and commercial proceedings, including matters involving complex cross-border legal relationships.

Kalin represents clients before all courts in Bulgaria in civil, commercial, and administrative proceedings.

He is fluent in English, German, French, and Russian.
