Dilyana Kondeva

Dilyana is a Senior Associate at KDP.

She is an LLM graduate from Sofia University St Kliment Ohridsky, Faculty of Law and a member of the Sofia Bar Association.

Dilyana has over 12 years of professional experience in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and employment law, as well as litigation. She has advised clients in the sector of renewable energy, aviation transport, hospitality, financing, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, etc.

Between 2022 and 2026, Dilyana worked as a judicial assistant at the Administrative Court Sofia-City, where she gained experience in cases related to discrimination, personal data protection, consumer rights, trademark rights, as well as matters in the field of pharmaceutical and medical law.

Dilyana is fluent in English.
